🔧 Job Description – Service Engineer (Flex Solvent Printers)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Engineer – Flex Solvent Printers to handle installation, maintenance, and servicing of large-format printing machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Salary :
Rs 18000- 25000
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission Flex Solvent printers at client locations

Perform printhead installation, cleaning, alignment, and calibration

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers

Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system checks
-
Ensure proper color calibration and print quality optimization
-
Handle spare parts replacement and machine repairs
-
Maintain service reports and documentation of work performed
-
Train clients on machine usage, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance practices
-
Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex issue resolution
👨🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of Flex / Eco Solvent printing machines

Basic understanding of electrical circuits and mechanical systems

Familiarity with RIP software and printing workflows (preferred)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in field conditions

Good communication and client-handling skills

ITI / Diploma / Technical certification in relevant field
