1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Customers will receive order confirmation and dispatch details via phone/email.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through trusted logistics and transport partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days
    (Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and transport conditions)

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on:

    • Product type (machine / spare parts)

    • Weight and dimensions

    • Delivery location

  • Final shipping cost will be communicated before dispatch.

3. Delivery Guidelines

  • Customers must ensure accurate shipping address and contact details.

  • Large machines may be delivered via transport services (door delivery or godown pickup).

  • Any loading/unloading charges at the destination will be borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

4. Damage or Missing Items

  • Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • In case of damage, tampering, or missing items, inform us within 24 hours with photos/videos.

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

5. Installation Policy

  • Installation support is provided for selected machines such as:

    • Eco-solvent printers

    • UV printers

    • DTF printers

    • CNC and laser machines

Installation Modes

  • On-site Installation: Available at additional cost (depending on location)

  • Remote Support: Video call / phone guidance for setup

Requirements from Customer

  • Proper site readiness (electricity, space, ventilation, system setup)

  • Availability of required power supply and accessories

  • Internet connection (for software installation if required)

6. Installation Timeline

  • Installation is typically scheduled within 2–5 business days after delivery.

  • Delays may occur due to location, technician availability, or external factors.

7. Training & Support

  • Basic operational training is provided during installation.

  • Ongoing technical support is available via phone or remote assistance.

8. Limitations

  • MS Sign Private Limited is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by courier/transport companies

    • Improper handling after delivery

    • Site readiness issues at customer location
