 Return & Refund Policy

At MS Sign Pvt Limited , we specialize in providing high-quality Large Format Printers. Since these are heavy-duty, technical products, our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The printer is damaged during transit.

  • The printer is defective/non-functional on arrival (DOA).

  • The printer delivered is different from the order placed.

⚠️ All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video & photos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Printers that have been installed, tested, or used (unless DOA).

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, power fluctuations, or third-party installation.

  • Consumables (inks, print heads, cartridges, spares, accessories) once opened/used.

  • Returns requested for change of mind or wrong product selection.

3. Warranty & Service

  • All printers are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (generally 1 year, unless otherwise stated).

  • Any issue arising after installation will be resolved through warranty service by authorized technicians, not by return/refund.

  • Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes consumables, wear-and-tear, and customer-induced damage.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds/replacements apply only if the product is damaged in transit, defective on arrival, or wrongly delivered.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

  • If replacement is possible, we will ship a new unit at no additional cost. If replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

  • Orders cancelled before shipment may be refunded after deduction of 2–5% handling charges.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • If the issue is on our side (damage/defect/wrong product), return shipping is free.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong order, non-compatibility, change of mind), the customer must bear return shipping & restocking charges (15–20%).
