🔧 Job Description – Service Engineer (UV Printers)

We are looking for a technically skilled Service Engineer – UV Printers to manage installation, maintenance, and servicing of UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with UV printing technology and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues while ensuring high-quality output and minimal downtime.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of UV printers (Flatbed & Roll-to-Roll)
- Printhead installation, cleaning, calibration, and alignment
- Handling UV ink systems, curing systems, and media setup
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
- Providing on-site and remote technical support to clients
- Performing preventive maintenance and routine servicing
- Ensuring print quality, color accuracy, and curing performance
- Replacement of spare parts and repair of machine components
- Maintaining service reports and documentation
- Training clients on machine operation and maintenance
👨🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of UV printing technology and printer operations
- Understanding of electronics, sensors, and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with RIP software and color management (preferred)
- Experience in handling printheads like Epson / Ricoh / Konica (advantage)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in field service conditions
- Good communication and client-handling ability
- ITI / Diploma / Technical background

- Field-based role with travel to client sites
- Exposure to industrial and commercial printing setups
- Hands-on work with advanced UV printing machines
