2. Introduction

This project describes the successful installation and setup of an Omagic eco-solvent printer, a large-format printing machine used for producing high-quality prints on flex, vinyl, and other advertising materials. 5. Installation Process

The installation was carried out in a step-by-step manner:

1. Machine Setup: The printer was carefully unpacked and positioned in a clean, dust-free environment.
2. Electrical Setup: Power connection was established using proper grounding and voltage protection to ensure machine safety.
3. Ink System Installation: Eco-solvent inks were filled into the tanks and ink lines were primed to remove air bubbles.
4. Software Installation: Required drivers and RIP software were installed on the system and the printer was successfully added.
5. Calibration: Printhead alignment, nozzle check, and feed calibration were performed to ensure accurate printing.
