    • All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices are confirmed at checkout.

    • Payment methods accepted include Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.

    • Any order placed is considered a legal offer to purchase, subject to acceptance by MS Sign Pvt Limited .

3. Shipping & Delivery

 

    • We deliver across India (or specify region). Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

    • Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, strikes, or natural events.

    • Customers must inspect the shipment upon delivery and report damages within 7 days along with proof (unboxing video/photos).

4. Returns & Refunds

 

    • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

    • Change of mind or wrong product selection is not eligible for return/refund.

5. Warranty & Service

 

    • All printers are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (generally 1 year, unless specified).

    • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and excludes consumables (inks, heads, cartridges, accessories).

    • Service under warranty will be carried out by authorized technicians.

    • MS Sign Pvt Limited  is not responsible for downtime, loss of business, or printing errors caused by equipment failure.

6. Limitation of Liability

 

    • MS Sign Private Limited  shall not be liable for:

       

        • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

        • Loss of data, profit, or business opportunities due to printer malfunction.

        • Damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or power fluctuations.

    • Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
